Charles Alan Wagner

Charles Alan Wagner, age 67, of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, formerly of Woodbine, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Charles was born on July 12, 1949 to George and Lucy (Wood) Wagner. Charles married Nancy (VanCleave) Wagner on October 16, 1970 in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Charles was employed by Pepsi Cola of Omaha, Nebraska for thirty years and most recently he drove truck for Heimes Corp of Omaha, Nebraska, retiring in 2014. Charles was also an active Fisherman.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Betty and Eve, brother; LeRoy, Darrell, and Dwaine.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Wagner of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, sisters: Dorothy Tilson of Ralston, Nebraska, Mary Mefferd of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Carol Adams of Omaha, Nebraska, daughters: Valerie Gautier and husband Scott of Omaha, Nebraska, Angela Sazama and husband Gary of Missouri Valley, Iowa, grandsons: Jake and Andy Sazama, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
The family would like to invite everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at the Methodist Church in Missouri Valley after the committal service.
