Mauseth age, 75 of Missouri Valley, Iowa passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Longview Care Center in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Joyce was born August 1, 1937 in Portsmouth, Iowa to Lawrence A. and Laura (Neubauer) Rolhoff. Joyce married LeRoy Mauseth in 1958 in Sioux City, Iowa, LeRoy passed away in 2009. She worked for the Alegent Community Memorial Hospital for many years as a nursing assistant. Joyce loved fishing, camping and her pets. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband LeRoy, twin sons Leonard and LeRoy Mauseth, sister: Jolene. Joyce is survived by her chidren: Allan Mauseth and wife Marva of Mondamin, Iowa; Steven Mauseth and wife Angela of Council Bluffs, Iowa; JoAnn Mauseth of Lincoln, Nebraska; Roberta Beckwith and husband Donald , Lisa Mauseth and significant other Dennis McNamara all of Council Bluffs, Iowa; eighteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren. sisters: Romelda Thompson of Sioux City, Iowa; Pat Grove of Marshalltown, Iowa; Virginia Otterpole of Sioux City, Iowa. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. The family would like to invite everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at Spring Water RV Park, 3002 West 8th (Hwy 52), Yankton, SD following the committal service.
