Charlotte A. Freeman age 88, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Longview Nursing Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Charlotte was born March 23, 1931 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Charles and Mildred (Umble) Rueth. Charlotte graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She married Robert Wulff on January 7, 1951, he passed away on April 18, 1987. She later married E. Orville Freeman on May 25, 1991 in Missouri Valley, Iowa, he passed away in 2007. Charlotte was a telephone operator and also worked at Job Service in Missouri Valley, Iowa. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church. She enjoyed working in her vegetable garden, cooking, canning, sewing, flowers and animals. Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents; husbands Robert and Orville, and sister, Jean Nims. Survivors include her children, Anne M. Wulff and significant other Fred Behrendt of Dunlap, Iowa, Deborah McDermott and husband Patrick of Crescent, Iowa, Michael Wulff of Missouri Valley, Iowa, and three grandchildren, Ryan, Kari and Brianne McDermott. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. In Loving Memory Of Charlotte A.
