Survivors include his wife Roberta (Cooley) McIntosh, Son Clifford McIntosh of Modale Iowa, Daughters Cindy Ford and husband Mike of Modale Iowa, Danett McIntosh of Modale, Iowa, Grandchildren Ashley Harouff and husband Damian of Modale Iowa Michael, Brandon and Jake McIntosh of Modale Iowa.
