In Loving Memory Of Harvey H. Webber April 30, 1932 October 12, 2010 HARVEY H. WEBBER, age 78, of Missouri Valley, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Harvey was born in Modale, Iowa on April 30, 1932 to Roy and Bertha (Kirkland) Webber. Harvey graduated from Modale High School and went on to serve in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He was also a member of the American Legion. Harvey worked as a mechanic for the Iowa Department of Transportation and retired after 27 years. He was married to Sharon Long on January 7, 1956 and they lived in Missouri Valley their whole lives. Harvey loved his family, garden, flowers and watching the birds and wildlife in his backyard. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents, brother John Webber and sisters Betty Jean McWilliams and Mary Barrett. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Sharon of Missouri Valley, Iowa; son Milton Webber and his wife Mayra of Clarksville, TN; son Matthew Webber and his wife Olga of St. Petersburg, Russia; daughter Mona Rau and her husband Matt of Council Bluffs, IA; brother Frank Webber and wife Shirley of Denison, IA.; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation with family will be held on Thursday, October 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Legion Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home. Military Honors will be conducted by the Julius F. Muller American Legion Post #337 of Missouri Valley, Iowa.
