Janice G. Bumgardner age, 60 of Persia, Iowa passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Community Memorial Hospital in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Janice was born May 15, 1955 in Richlands, Virginia to James and Norma Jean (Brewer) Harman. Janice worked as a waitress at Iowa Feed and Grain Restaurant in Honey Creek, Iowa. Survivors include her children: Robert Bumgardner of East Alton, Illinois, Bill Bumgardner of Holstein, Iowa, and Heather Velasquez of Missouri Valley, Iowa, companion: John Honeywell of Persia, Iowa, and grandchildren, siblings: Cindy Wynkoop of Indiana, Grace Pratt of North Carolina, Connie Estes and husband Joe of Indiana, Alberta Rhoades and husband Walter of Idaho, Junior Harman, Mary Saner and husband Jim of Idaho and Becky Bullock Ratzburg and husband Randy of Indiana many nieces and nephews.
