Kevin Wayne Gschwend age, 37 of Missouri Valley, Iowa passed away Friday, June 22, 2012. Kevin was born July 16, 1974, to Willie and Linda (Miller) Gschwend in Lubbock Texas. He grew up In Lubbock Texas. He had hobbies such as Bee keeping and gardening. He also enjoyed NASCAR, Country music, and the Dallas Cowboys. Kevin was Very proud of his military service in the Army. He served 11 years with tours in Iraq, Korea and Stateside as a tank diesel mechanic. Most of all he loved his family. Kevin is survived by his wife Kelly Gschwend, children: Sarah, Megan and Aaron Gschwend all of Missouri Valley, Iowa. Parents: Willie Bob Gschwend Jr. of Enid Oklahoma and Linda Gschwend of Midland Texas. Sister; Amy Harrell and husband John of Midland Texas, grandfather; Willie Bob Sr. of Lubbock, Texas, In-laws; Grace and Vern Shook. Many nieces and nephews. Anthony, Krista, Amber and Katie Engelbarts of Iowa. Jon Ryan, Addie and Emily Harrell of Midland Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.at Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Military Honors will be conducted by VFW Post 6256 and O Hara Seeley Post.
