Kristine (Kris) Ann Watts, born September 18, 1973, of Missouri Valley, Iowa passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 51 in Omaha, Nebraska due to complications after surgery.
Kris was a phenomenal cook and usually made enough food to feed the neighborhood. Behind her tough exterior, Kris had a kind and giving heart. She loved the outdoors and taking in nature’s beauty. She enjoyed fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, even tried hunting, but most of all she liked being on the water just floating around on the boat. She also enjoyed watching her Huskers play football, playing card games, NASCAR and spending time with her family.
Remaining to cherish Kris’ memory is her soulmate Chris Watts, sons Jesse Watts and Marvin Watts, stepdaughter Emily Watts, grandkids Bently and Aroura, mother-in-law Mary Watts, sister-in-law Sahra Watts, and niece Remington Ruffcorn.
Kris is preceded in death by her father-in-law Jerry Watts.
