Marilyn was kind and any stranger she met became a friend. She was always up for an adventure, or a crazy idea, and we shared great long talks and belly laughs. From working at Sunnyside, the public schools, church, or the hospital, no matter where we went she knew someone and had to catch-up with them. Our talks would last hours and hours, and include lots of laughs and sometimes tears. We drove a moving truck from Lubbock TX straight to Mo, Valley and we both were surprised when we were home when pulled up, talking with Marilyn time just few by. She was a good soul, and had been through lots of up and downs in life, but it did not get her down. She saw the good in people, and she will be missed by many.

Marilyn was a true-blue friend who I could always count on for a quick smile, a laugh and a hug.. She was generous to a fault and always had pleasant things to share. We spent many great times together sewing, laughing, being twin sisters, and just visiting. She will be missed dearly. Happy for her that she is with her Savior and much better off than the rest of us. Prayers for her family as they grieve.
