Neoma V. Baxter age 87 of Missouri Valley, Iowa passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012. Open visitation will be held on Monday until 9:00 p.m. Funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home with burial in the Rose Hill Memorial Garden in Missouri Valley.
