Pamela Ann Salter, 69, of Modale, Iowa passed away June 5, 2024 at Azria nursing home after a battle with cancer.
Pam was born Feb. 18, 1955, in Blair, NE to Eugene (Gene) and Marie Cleaver. The family lived in Blair, NE, Des Moines, and Modale, IA. Pam attended West Harrison High School in Mondamin.
Pam enjoyed being outdoors spending time observing nature from her back deck, her sanctuary. She also enjoyed doing word puzzles, sudoku, reading, and listening to music.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Marie Cleaver of Modale, her husband Martin (Marty), and her sister Sheila of Jacksonville, Florida.
Pam is survived by her daughter Tonia and husband Doyle (Gene) Conyers of Little Sioux; brother Tim Cleaver of Missouri Valley; cousin Deb Farris and husband Randy of Mondamin; cousin Jim Cleaver of Omaha; nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Jimmy Salter of Persia; Sheri Foster of rural Missouri Valley; Tom and Sally Salter of Missouri Valley, Shawn Salter of Logan; Julie and Rick Corbin of Bellevue, Nebraska; Don Salter and Bobbi Bierswirth of Omaha, and Mike and Pam Seavers of Woodbine.
