Sherie LaRae Larsen age 62, of Modale, Iowa passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Sherie was born August 8, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska to Alvin Gene and Shirley (Brown) Larsen. She will always be remembered for her contagious laugh and caring heart.
She is preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Verl; mother Shirley Brown; stepfather Jack Brown; father Gene Larsen; sister Debbie; and brother Alvin.
Sherie is survived by three daughters and their spouses, Monica (Brandon), Faith (Travis), Gracie (Justin), grandchildren, Savanah, Gabby, Brian, Kenzie, Jourdan, Scarlett, five sisters, lots of nieces and nephews, and friends.
A special Thank you to Generations Hospice for the wonderful care shown to Sherie and Verl.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
