Steve E. Stevens

Steve E. Stevens age, 70 of Mondamin, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan, Iowa. Steve was born November 9, 1947 in Pisgah, Iowa to Charles L. and Margaret (Barnum) Stevens. Steve graduated from West Harrison High School. Steve served in the United States Airforce from 1966 to 1969. He was a member of the Church of Christ, DAV, VFW, American Legion in Mondamin and Logan, Iowa. He worked at several jobs including Campbell Soup Company. Steve enjoyed fishing and photography.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Charlie Stevens and Orville Stevens.

He is survived by his nephew: Travis Stevens of Missouri Valley, Iowa, uncles: Leo Stevens of Mondamin, Iowa, Tip Stevens of Woodbine, Iowa.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Immediately following the Funeral Service, the family invites everyone to a time of lunch and fellowship at the Mondamin Community Center in Mondamin, Iowa.
