I am so very sorry! I knew Chad his entire life: as a little boy at church, a student in my English class, and a man and father in our community. One thing that I have been remembering this week is how helpful he always was when we had our church dinners. He wasn’t very old, but he was always ready to help anyone who needed help by carrying their tray or getting them their drink. And all the while he did that, he had that great big smile/grin on his face. That is the Chad that I remember! Sending my sympathy to his family.

Star and family: I cannot even begin to tell you all how sorry we all are. I cannot even imagine the pain and sorrow you are going thru. My heart hurts for all of you. Please know that I am thinking and praying for you all.

My thoughts are with Chad’s family. It is so painful thing to lose someone, yet no one else can really know all that you feel except our Heavenly Father. He knows and feels your pain. He calls death an enemy and promises to remove it forever, Isaiah 25:8 “And he will swallow up death forever…” He also promised to wake up all our loved ones, in the memorial tombs, from death (Isaiah 26:19). What joy it will be to see our loved ones again and to enjoy life as our Creator purposed (Psalms 145:16). I  hope these words give all of you comfort.
